Madelyn Mead, DA I

I'm Madelyn Mead, though most people around the office call me Maddy. I'm a Dental Assistant I, and I love being part of a team that helps people feel more comfortable and confident about their dental care. After finishing high school, I found my way into dental assisting and quickly became drawn to the mix of patient care, creativity, and technology that comes with the job.

One of my favorite parts of dentistry is the digital side of it. I especially enjoy working with 3D printing and seeing how careful digital planning can become something useful and tangible for a patient's care. I love learning how these tools work and finding ways they can help make treatment easier to understand.

If dental visits make you nervous, I want you to know that you're not alone. I do my best to help keep your mind occupied, answer your questions patiently, and break down the details of your care into clear, approachable steps. I also know American Sign Language (ASL), which gives me another meaningful way to connect and communicate with patients.

Outside the office, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and decorating deer skull mounts. I also spent 14 years in competitive cheer, which taught me a lot about focus, teamwork, energy, and encouraging the people around me. Those are qualities I try to bring with me every day when I'm caring for patients and supporting our team.
